What a joy it was to celebrate our incredible clients at this special annual event! Your continued support means everything to us, and this gathering was our way of showing just how much we appreciate YOU. From heartfelt conversations and shared laughs to delicious Cider Spritzers and a gorgeous grazing board to gather around together, it was an evening to remember. Connecting with our clients is the highlight of what we do. To those who joined us, thank you for making it so memorable! And to those who couldn’t attend—you were missed, and we can’t wait to see you at the next one. Harvest Fest 2024 was definitely one for the books! We had almost 350 clients show up to brave the 100+ temps and celebrate fall in style! In addition to our talented vendors of caricature artists, wandering magician, face painters and professional photographers to capture all of the special moments, we added Amazing Animal World and their “animals from around the world”. Special thanks to our amazing vendors that were so generous with all of the donations to our raffle prizes. So grateful for you with every “pizza” my heart! We had such a fun afternoon sharing the love with our clients at our Valentine Pizza Party, co-hosted with GUIDE Real Estate.

Our business is built on referrals so we love to celebrate our clients that have referred us to their friends, family and co-workers. This year we decided to “get locked in and party our way out” at Red Door Escape Room in Rancho Cordova. We had so much fun working together to solve the clues and escape successfully! We then headed over to Out of Bounds Brewery to continue the fun, enjoy dinner together and win some amazing raffle prizes. Special thanks to our Co-host, Lynn Lizarraga of First Citizen Bank, Cindi Taylor of Big Valley Mortgage for donating 3 days at her Tahoe Donner cabin and to The Shop in Granite Bay for donating a kitchen themed raffle basket from their lovely shop.

We enjoyed a break in the rain long enough to host our 1st Neighborhood Shred It Event. Sherri’s neighborhood appreciated the opportunity to purge out old paperwork and dispose of it safely. We had fun getting to meet the neighbors, hanging out with the kiddos and nibbling on yummy donuts!

Oh, the weather outside is delightful! As winter ushers in its cool embrace in the Sacramento area, cozying up fireside becomes all the more enticing. We curated a list of nearby cabin rentals that offer warm and tranquil havens just outside the city, some offering snow-covered landscapes. Are you planning a winter getaway this month? This year we switched things up a bit and added a “Sip and Shop” event as part of our Gratitude Gathering. It was so fun visiting with all of our amazing clients as they enjoyed the beautiful home décor items at The Shop in Granite Bay and checked a few items off their holiday shopping list! The delectable 12 foot grazing board was enjoyed by all, with a special thanks to Emilie at GUIDE Real Estate who also runs Vibrant Palate! This time of year is such a wonderful opportunity for us to share our gratitude with our clients! With their help, we were also able to make a significant donation to the Twin Lakes Food Bank to support their Thanksgiving Food Drive. Thanks also goes to our fabulous Co-Host and one of our preferred lenders, Cindi Taylor of Big Valley Mortgage.
